Amy Ray, R.D. and her team at Ray of Hope Nutrition help people explore their relationship with food and find peace and freedom with food and their bodies. They guide people who feel overwhelmed by guilt, stress, or confusion around eating and food to become more confident. Licensed nutritionists meet with you 1-on-1 to design a plan tailored to your needs. This could include meal planning, journaling, or other clinically focused methods. A registered dietitian (RD) or registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) is a credentialed practitioner who has, at least, completed a bachelor’s degree, a supervised practice program, the Commission on Dietetic Registration’s exam, and a state license.
